The ALTA project aims to meet the European challenges in terms of training educational staff involved in the inclusion of allophone populations. The ALTA project is in line with the European policy promoting equal opportunities, the fight against discrimination, and the mastery of the language of instruction, and will target in priority serving teachers and student teachers in contact with allophone pupils.
The project will be piloted in living laboratories in different parts of the Mediterranean (Italy, Egypt, Tunisia and Spain). Each programme will focus on a specific regenerative practice to create community-based organizations that can drive economic growth through carbon management embedded in agroecological principles and innovations.
Our Vision: to develop efficient and effective conservation tools and methods to foster agricultural biodiversity in Europe Focusing on the food legumes chickpea, common bean, lentil and lupin. INCREASE will implement a new approach to conserve, manage and characterise genetic resources through participatory research.
The main objective of REHOUSE is to develop and demonstrate 8 renovation packages of promising technology innovations until TRL7. The renovation packages are designed for a wide range of building renovation actions, including deep renovations, aimed at overcoming the main barriers currently slowing down the renovation in EU. Renovation packages will improve sustainability of buildings from an energy point of view, also considering structural safety.
A very promising way to reduce the impact of agriculture on the environment, passes through the valorization of crop residues, agricultural by-products and other materials such as plastics used for crop cultivation and animal production, currently considered as wastes.
